Arethusa- Thursday
After an exhausting morning of trampolining, cartwheels and backflips, Year Six are tucking into birthday cake. After that, we'll be building rafts and racing them across the Medway River in the sunshine. Happy Birthday Ore!
First we built the raft out of barrels, pegs, tubes and ropes. It took hard work. We wore buoyancy aids and helmets to keep us safe in the water.
Here we were racing the rafts we built in groups of eight and nine. Our shoes and clothes got drenched in the salty river water.
