KS1 Road Safety Workshop

We were very lucky at St. Joseph's on Monday! We were visited by Southwark Educational Theatre who taught Year 1 and Year 2 all about road safety!

Year 1(including Miss Ropiak) learnt how to safely cross the road through drama, games and songs.

The children learnt that we should use safe places to cross the road such as the zebra crossing and the pelican crossing! We now know that you wait for the green man before crossing the road and that you should never run across the road!

Year 2 had a half an hour catch up session to remind themselves of the rules they learnt last year.
