Nursery Visit from Library

Dear parents and carers,

Once every two weeks a member of Canada Water Library comes to the nursery to read and sing with the whole class.  They also loan us books that we read to your children.  The children enjoy these sessions greatly.

We encourage you to read with your children.  There are many benefits to be gained from this activity.

If anyone is not already aware- we have two libraries very near to the school- one at Canada Water opposite the tube station and the other is the Blue Anchor library on Southwark Park Road.

The library staff are always delighted to see children and families use their services.  There are various activities taking places there for children, adults and families.  Also, of course, you can borrow from their large section of great books for all ages.  We strongly encourage all families to use their local library.
