Year 4 Trip to Printworks

Year 4 enjoyed an amazing trip to the old printworks in Surrey Quays. We had a quick tour of the printing press where we saw the locations for different films such as Star Wars and Avengers Age of Ultron. The children became extremely excited when they found out Stormzy and Lady Gaga play there and a little less excited about the Rolling Stones and U2. One for the older fans I guess. We then had a wonderful afternoon discussing how to bring nature back into the city with the support of the amazing team at Global Generation. The children then created birds nests out of natural resources found outside and filled them with cakes made of wishes and sugar. A wonderful day.
