P.E.
Joe Wicks, the Body Coach is offering FREE PE Workouts for children on his youtube channel every Monday-Friday at 9am. It will commence this Monday 23rd.
This would be an excellent opportunity for children to keep active and burn off some energy whilst indoors during this challenging time. Do encourage them to participate if they can!

Table Tennis
Hello, we hope you are all staying safe and well during this difficult time.
To help provide some fun activities to keep children active at home, Table Tennis England has launched a series of videos based around our TT Kidz programme.
These videos show activities for children and are a nice and easy way for them to be challenged to try something new while they are at home. You don't even need table tennis equipment - you can use a frying pan or saucepan and another type of ball instead!
You can see one of the videos below and more in the series can be found on the TT Kidz Play at Home website.
We'll be posting loads more shareable ideas and challenges on our Twitter and Facebook pages in the weeks ahead, so follow us now!
Please share this information if you are able and ask people to let us know via Twitter if they try any of these activities, using the hashtag #TTKidz.
Kind regards,
The TT Kidz Team
The Daily Mile at Home
To support the health and wellbeing of children while they are at home, The Daily Mile Foundation and London Marathon Events have recently launched The #DailyMileAtHome. The aim is to encourage children to participate safely with their parents/carers in The Daily Mile- 15 minutes jogging or running, front door to front door.
Every Monday, there will be three fun challenges for children to complete during the week.
You can find more information about The #DailyMileAtHome here.
